For the purpose to speed up the enterprise's reform and development, further integrate with the market, and realize the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise, China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 601965, hereinafter referred to as "CAERI") integrates all its advantageous resources in the field of intelligent connected development and testing to set up a wholly-owned enterprise -- Intelligent Connected Technology of CAERI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ICTC"). The Company has been officially established in March 2020 as a central enterprise subordinated to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

ICTC has deeply engaged in automobile intelligence and won 32 CNAS qualifications. It has built many national or provincial platforms, such as national intelligent vehicle and intelligent transportation application demonstration public service platform, state key laboratory of vehicle noise, vibration and safety technology, Chongqing Intelligent Connected Vehicle Engineering Technology Research Center, and Chongqing Intelligent Connected Data Resource Engineering Research Center, and obtained the qualification of Chongqing self-driving road test management unit. With the support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Chongqing municipal government, i-VISTA national intelligent vehicle integration system pilot zone and Chongqing (Liangjiang New Area) Internet of Vehicles pilot zone have been built successively, enabling it to have a good foundation of demonstration application platform.

In terms of public services and brand building, ICTC, through such four special brand projects as "one competition", "one meeting", "one index" and "one center", has built a top-level exchange and exhibition platform in the intelligent connected field as a core hub connecting the technology chain and the industrial chain so as to promote the establishment of close relation among universities, scientific research institutions, technology companies, OEM, suppliers and crossover enterprises, push on the crossover integration and innovation of manufacturing, transportation, information and other industries, accelerate the breakthrough of key technologies in the field of intelligent connected vehicle, and build a new industrial ecology.
